At Chess Not Checkers, we believe in playing the long game — and that includes looking after our people. If you're not completely happy with your order, neither are we.

 

Returns

✅ You have 30 days from delivery to return your item

✅ Items must be unused and in original condition

✅ Simply email hello@chessnotcheckers.com and we'll walk you through it

⚠️ Return shipping is at the customer's cost — unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect, in which case we take care of it fully

 

Refunds

✅ Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days

✅ Full refund — no restocking fees, no hidden charges

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

💛 If something isn't right? That's on us. Email us straight away with photos — we'll replace or refund, no questions asked.
